2011年11月28日至11月29日，赵凌律师代表江苏张林芳律师事务所参加了由共青团江苏省委组织的全省“青少年维权岗”创建工作培训班。2011年11月28日下午,省委政法委、团省委、江苏省高院、省公安厅等部门的相关领导出席了的开班仪式,来自全省共青团、民政、司法行政、工商、质监、劳动、文化、建设、广电等不同系统的两百多名同志参加了此次培训。
全国范围的“青少年维权岗”创建活动始于1998年。早在2006年，我所就被授予常州市优秀“青少年维权岗”称号，在全省的律师事务所同行中处于领先位置。如果我所成功创建省级“青少年维权岗”，将成为常州地区唯一一家省级“青少年维权岗”律师事务所，全省也不超过十家
