2005年7月8日，市青少年法律咨询站授牌，市领导郭兴中、李林生出席授牌仪式。该站工作人员由26位市法院、检察院、公安局、司法局离退休老干部和在职干部组成，将重点回答青少年成长过程中遇到的法律问题，指点迷津，无偿提供法律咨询服务。
据了解，该站设立于江苏常州张林芳律师事务所内。咨询站从下星期一开始，每周一至五上午8点30分至11点，分别由资深法官、检察官、警官、律师轮流接待咨询，为促进和提高青少年的道德水准、法律意识、综合素质、健康成长奉献一份爱心。
