本报讯 （记者 童家松 通讯员 常司法） 日前，安徽籍农民工张旭东来到常州市法律援助中心，以表达自己的感激之情。据介绍，１月１８日，张旭东的背部被工地脱落的吊钩砸成椎压缩性骨折，后经医院救治脱离危险。因维权无果，他向常州市法律援助中心申请法律援助，该中心受理后及时指派江苏张林芳律师事务所的徐华贤律师办理该法律援助案件，并多次联系协调有关部门处理此事。最终，张旭东拿到了应有的赔偿金。
